Booking Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY: On confirmed bookings within three working days, full fee. Within five working days, half fee. Confirmed trips will incur full fee as well as the cost of all travel expenses covered by the agency.
OVERTIME: Time-and-a-half applies after scheduled shoot times have finished. Standard hours are 8 hours for studio days and 10 hours on location.
LINGERIE: Rates must be discussed prior to booking.
WEATHER PERMIT: Same-day cancellations are half fee if services are rescheduled; if services are not rescheduled, full fee.
USAGE: Anything other than agreed upon usage must be negotiated and not be extended without negotiations.
Agency Fee: 20% agency service charge will be applied to all billings.
MODEL’S RIGHTS: Model must be provided a private changing area. Model shall not be photographed and/or filmed while changing, in underwear, eating, drinking, smoking, wearing furs, unless consent is given prior to booking. Model’s hair will not be colored or cut without JAG’s written consent. Behind the scenes footage/photographs will not be taken at times when Model has a reasonable expectation of privacy nor will it cause Model ridicule and/or embarrassment. Use of the Materials in which Model appears or is depicted nude, partially nude or in see- through attire, in swimwear or in underwear requires the express prior written approval of Model Manager on Model’s behalf. Clients’ use of the Materials will not be pornographic or derogatory or subject Model to ridicule or embarrassment. Materials that include the Model’s image, name and likeness shall not be altered or distorted in a way that is unreasonable.
HAIR+MAKEUP: All models have a right to hair and makeup artists experienced with their hair texture and skin tone. Hair and makeup artists must have hair products for the correct texture and makeup that matches models’ skin tone. Models shall not be required to handle their own hair and makeup unless discussed prior to booking and will require an additional fee.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL REPLICAS: In accordance with the Fashion Workers Act, effective June 19th, 2025, models must provide separate and explicit written consent regarding the use of their digital replica by model management companies and clients. Any unauthorized use of model’s image without their express written permission violates NY Law and will be treated accordingly.
